Build Your Legacy That Matters Most

The Generational Health Lab
We've worked hard to build it, protect it, and pass it forward. But there's a legacy we often overlook—that money can't buy...
People focus on financial legacy but neglect the health and wellness legacy, which is important for long-term family wellbeing.
Parents and community leaders who've built wealth naturally want their children to inherit not just the money, but the habits and mindset that sustain health.
Your children and community need a parent—a role model—who shows them what vitality, strength, and resilience actually look like. They need to see you thriving to understand how to live well.
This is generational health.
A strength & stress-management program for women 40+ whose bodies are shifting (and fitness needs to match).
For women ready to lead by example—showing their families, community and themselves what strength looks like at every stage of life.
A strength training & mobility program for those 50+ who want to stay capable, pain-free, and active.
For those who've built successful lives and want bodies that keep up with their ambitions—without the aches, stiffness, and limitations.
After years of hating my body and struggling with my weight I hired a personal trainer. In only 3 months I achieved what I'd been desperately trying to do alone for over 3 years.
It wasn't just about my weight; it was about seeing myself as capable, confident, and strong.
That experience showed me the power of having someone who understands your body, teaches you how to move, and believes in you when you don't believe in yourself—and I became a personal trainer at 24 because I wanted to give other people that same transformation.
I blended strength training with yoga and alignment work, thinking it would appeal to everyone.
It didn't.
Younger clients wanted quick results and moved on.
But my older clients? They stayed. They stuck with me.
And they TRANSFORMED.
My 82-year-old client started walking up her stairs without her knees crackling. She was getting out of bed without stiffness. She could get herself up off the floor with speed and ease—things she thought were gone for good.
Lori, 53, had spent years relying on Tylenol after lifting sessions and being out of commission for the next 2 days. With me, she experienced some discomfort from healing muscles she was sore, but capable. And this gave her confidence that she could build more mobility into her day to day.
Paul, 64, was practicing our work on days between training days and felt more capable in his body than he had in decades. His mountain bike rides were more enjoyable and didn't tax him as much after. His yard work and gardening didn't cause aches and pains and he was able to do what he loved for longer without having to stop because his body was uncomfortable.
That's when I realized: I wasn't building a fitness business.
I was building a way for people to reclaim their bodies and their lives.
Older generations don't want quick fixes. They want real solutions.
They want to move without pain.
They want to feel strong.
They want to set the example for their families about what aging well actually looks like.
That's what Generational Health Lab is about.
